Ideologie International conducted an on-the-ground study of the entrepreneurship scene as part of Project East x East, a joint campaign with the Ugandan Embassy in Tokyo. Some of the results of this study has been featured in top Japanese news outlets, including Asahi Shimbun and Sankei Shinbum.

Ugandan Embassy launches "Project East x East" with Ideologie International

Ideologie International has become the official partner of the Embassy of the Republic of Uganda in Tokyo in the embassy's new business initiative "Project East x East". The project is aimed at encouraging Japanese small- to medium-sized businesses to invest in Uganda, and then consulting them as they do so. The partnership was finalized in April 2016.

Ideologie International is honoured to be a partner for the Republic of South Africa's hydrogen forum that was held in Tokyo this week. Ideologie International CEO Jun Shiomitsu moderated the event, titled "Symposium on the Hydrogen Economy between South Africa and Japan". It was an official event hosted by the South African Embassy's Department of Science and Technology. Visiting dignitaries included Her Excellency Naledi Pandor, SA minister of Science and Technology. From the Japanese side, guest speakers included representatives from Tokyo Gas, Tanaka Kikinzoku K.K., NEDO, and HySUT.

Ideologie International & Ugandan Embassy agree on SME partnership

Uganda Ambassador to Japan Betty Gracy Akech-Okullo and Ideologie International CEO Jun Shiomitsu have agreed to cooperate to bring more Japanese SMEs into Uganda. The strategic agreement was covered in Asahi Shimbun, Sankei Business, and nearly 30 other news outlets.
